* Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the HCMC Business Development departments
* Sales Coaching:
- Centralize the propects, prepare marketing and sales offers to clients by working jointly sales team on the recommendation and the production of overall commmercial document, i.e. presentations, proposals, contracts, etc.
* Sales development:
- Participate in the development of the business projects Department
- Be responsible for the Business Development team to reach the yearly target
* Marketing Research:
- Plan, coordinate and implement quantitative and quanlitative market resarch studies on revelant segment in cooperation with the Marketing & Sales Administration Manager
* Monitor Competition:
- Be aware of the market competition in order to anticipate the actions of competitors
* Training:
- Organize and Implement the sales training sessions for team member of the Business Development Department
- Participate in the building a sales and marketing corporate culture by stimulating commitment spirit
* Report to: Marketing & Sales Administration Manager and Deputy Branch Manager
* Department: HCMC Branch Office
* Job Requirement
- General: Years of experience: 3-5 year(s)
- Minimum career level: Manager
- Minimum education level: Bachelors
- Vietnamses citizen
- Excellent Business development skills
- Able to travel extensively
- Fluent in English and Vietnam
- Degree in Business Studies
- 3 to 5 years experienced in Sales/ Business Development
